Donato Diorio, Founder / CEO

Donato's mission is to create technology solutions that allow people to spend more time interacting with humans and less time managing technology. Donato started his career with OmniVault Corporation as the first employee. OmniVault pioneered offline data storage technology with its patented difference engine. He joined Management Recruiters International in 1995 as an IT recruiter. In mid 1998, Donato left MRI a top billing recruiter to move to Wisconsin with his wife Christina. In 1999 he founded Specialized Search, which quickly rose to prominence as the nation's top recruiting firm in several niche recruitment verticals. In 2001, Donato founded Broadlook, a business unit of Specialized Search. Donato is the Business Process Architect of all Broadlook products. Dan Hughes, Co-Founder / Sales Demo Jockey

Dan joined Donato and Igor in late 2002 to help launch Broadlook Technologies. Bringing 20 years experience in sales, marketing and business development from Fortune 100 companies to Internet start-ups, Dan has helped architected the sales model and message of Broadlook Technologies. Infamous for his "Danisms" as well having been or lived in just about every place possible, makes for at least an entertaining if not informative conversation.

Igor Petrenko, Co-Founder / Development Mastermind

Igor was the first employee of Broadlook Technologies and has been with the company on a consulting basis since 2000 and full time since 2002. His role consists of application architecture and development, internal datacenter administration, reality check, and many other things. He is very awesome in all ways possible.

Mike Carow , Advisor

Mike joined the Broadlook team in March of 2008 as an Advisor. He also became a member of Broadlook’s Board of Directors in May of 2008. Mike brings over 20 years of experience in the Software and Technology Industry. In addition to working in an Advisory role, he is President of Optio, a business strategy consultancy. Optio’s mission is to help its clients “erase the lines” and gain a strategic advantage in today’s global market place. Prior to Optio, Mike held senior management positions that span from responsibilities in business development, sales, relationship management, consulting, customer service and operations. His experience includes key roles at companies such as Metavante, eFunds, NuEdge Systems and PKWARE.

Jeanette Batcher , Human Resources Manager

Jeanette joined the Broadlook team in January of 2007. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a BA in HR Management and a minor in Economics. Jeanette started at Broadlook as an office Assistant, but shortly evolved into HR Manager. Her duties include managing all aspects of HR as well as assisting in other areas such as accounting, research projects, customer service, and a dash of technical support.

Brian Galovits, Co-Director of Client Relations

Brian is a Wisconsin native and Packer fan through and through. He joined the Broadlook team in 2006 as the first piece to what is now referred to the client relations team. Outside of Broadlook, Brian enjoys wasting time on his X-Box 360, seeing movies, and above all, spending time with his new wife.

Jessica Knoeck, Office Manager

Born and raised in sunny San Diego, California, Jessica is "trying" to adjust to Wisconsin. She moved here in the winter of 2006. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, spoiling their two little dogs Martini and Rossi, working out, and getting pampered. Jessica role consists of accounting, tradeshows, assisting the CEO (Donato), and a variety of other tasks.

La Lon Moore, Co-Director of Client Relations

La Lon Moore was born in East St. Louis, Illinois. A graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he serves as a Client Care Manager for Broadlook. His responsibilities include minor tech support calls, tools usage consultation, and making sure that each client becomes successful with the tools. He is also a firm believer that all things are possible.

Sid Scheck, Sales Consultant

Sid joined Broadlook in November 2007. With over 10 years of sales experience, Sid looks forward to spreading the word about Broadlook’s technology and helping companies increase their sales. Sid grew up in NYC, went to Boston University and after living in Atlanta for 13 years, Sid made his way to South Florida. When Sid is not working, he is enjoying playing golf, tennis, softball and kickball. Sid's Blog

Kevin Schuetz, Senior Software Engineer

Kevin joined Broadlook in early 2003 as a developer. He started programming in 1986 on his first computer, a Commodore 64. Having lived in Wisconsin for most of his life, he is one of the few who actually welcomes the subzero temperatures and snowstorms rather than plotting to escape them. In addition to video games (of course), he enjoys dark ambient music, driving, nature, and carbonated beverages. His favorite book since childhood is the Rand McNally Road Atlas.

Andy Stanczyk, Sales Consultant

As a Broadlook Sales Consultant, Andy has one main goal: To treat customers with respect and dignity while providing a first class purchase experience. After spending 5 years in Western Wisconsin, Andy moved back to his hometown in Southeastern Wisconsin and joined the Broadlook team in October 2007. In an attempt to expand his musical horizons, Andy listens to five new albums each week and is open to your suggestions. When asked to elaborate on his life outside of work, Andy simply replied, "Go Brewers."

Mike Stromberg, QA Analyst

Mike joined the Broadlook team in March of 2008 to head up the Quality Assurance Team. With a background in both Information Technology and Sales, his job is to ensure that all of Broadlook's products meet the company's standards of excellence before they are released to it's customers. Mike lives on a 3 acre hobby farm in southeast WI. with his wife and 6 dogs. He is also a professional photographer and is co-founder of the Lure Coursing Fanatics all-breed Lure Coursing club.

Mike Tischer, Senior Sales Consultant

Mike is a 20-year sales veteran, who manages multiple sales channels for Broadlook. A native Milwaukeean, Mike earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, majoring in Mass Communication with an emphasis in radio and television. He has owned two entertainment companies, been a player in the food and beverage industry, and has lead sales initiatives in two technology firms prior to joining Broadlook in 2005. When Mike isn't providing Broadlook clients with solutions to automate Internet research, he's active in non-profit efforts with the Wisconsin chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, putting in hours on his sailboat "Sails Quota" or spending time with family and friends. In addition, Mike is an avid sports enthusiast, and can be found in the stands at Brewers, Admirals (AHL hockey), Wisconsin Badger football, and claims to bleed Packers Green and Gold. Mike's Blog

Kary Valley, Data Czar

Kary has been with Broadlook since November of 2006. His role consists of back office technical duties including the CRM, phones, technical support, product testing, and data acquisition. He is a superstar. Occasionally Kary will perform in a data services role, offering his expertise to Broadlook clients. Outside of work, Kary enjoys computer games and Packer Football with his fiancee.

John White , IT Guru

John joined Broadlook in early 2005, as a Support Engineer, after graduating from UW-Whitewater. During his time at Broadlook, John has continued to excel at various roles and is currently wearing the title of Director of Training. You would have probably talked to John at some point if you have called into Broadlook as he often takes support calls, training questions, or even advanced demo requests. When not at Broadlook, he spends the majority of his time working on his new house, or watching movies with his beautiful wife.
