Software Programmer / Developer

• Research and develop software solutions.
• Internet/Intranet application development using company’s internal products, and web applications.
• Leverage existing knowledge of software systems and continue improving existing systems--C++ Builder, Delphi, and Python application development.
• Train new software engineers in use of technology.
• Use mathematics background to analyze and optimize existing software structures.

• Excellent typing skills. At least 50 WPM
• Good writing skills and the ability to quickly and briefly articulate answers to technical issues
• Accountability. Taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Multi-tasking: The ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Coachability. You must be able to listen and take direction.
• Strong desire to part of a growing team where you can make an impact

• Bachelor’s Degree in: Applied Math, Computer Science or related field
• ISAPI web development
• *C++ Builder, Delphi and Phython
• Internet/Intranet applications development (ISAPI/Borland C++ Builder 5.0).
• Internal desktop/Intranet software development (Borland C++ Builder 5.0/ISAPI/Borland Delphi 5.0/Advantage database server)
